The superior performance of our zinc steel railing comes from its scientific 4-layer protective structure. The diagram below clearly illustrates its complete protection from the base material to the surface:

Layer 1: High-Quality Steel Strip Base
Made from high-strength, low-carbon steel, ensuring the structural integrity of the railing.
Layer 2: Hot-Dipped Galvanized Layer
“The core of rust prevention”. The tube is immersed in a zinc bath at over 450°C, forming a dense zinc-iron alloy layer. Even if the surface is scratched, zinc molecules protect the steel from rust through the “sacrificial anode” effect.
Layer 3: Zinc Phosphating Layer
Further enhances the adhesion of the coating to the base material, preventing delamination and peeling.
Layer 4: High-Performance Electrostatic Powder Coating
We use world-renowned “AkzoNobel”outdoor-grade powder. The coating is even, rich in color, and UV-resistant, ensuring no fading or chalking under long-term sun exposure.
