What is the difference between hot dip galvanizing balcony railing and powder coating balcony railing?
Hot dip galvanizing is the immersion of steel in molten zinc, creating a metallurgical bond that provides sacrificial corrosion protection. Powder coating is an electrostatic application of dry powder (polyester) that is then heat-cured, providing color, UV resistance, and scratch protection. We use both processes on our zinc steel balcony railings for maximum durability.
